Lenny Wells Sr. started a paving company in 1978 with one little dump truck, laying driveways in Allentown and Bethlehem. He taught his two sons the trade. Today that same family business is AB Asphalt Solutions — run by his two sons, with four crews serving the Valley.
Dad started it. We kept it going.
Lenny Wells Sr. started a paving company in the Lehigh Valley in 1978 with one little dump truck and a whole lot of hustle. He paved driveways all over the Valley by himself at first — just him, his truck, and his word. That was enough to build a name.
He raised us in the business. We grew up on his jobsites — shoveling, raking, learning every step of how to do a driveway right.

Lenny Wells Sr. started a paving company in the Lehigh Valley back in 1978 with nothing but a little dump truck and a strong back. He drove it, loaded it, raked the asphalt, and wrote up the tickets himself. One driveway at a time, he built a name people in the Valley could trust.

As the phone kept ringing, Dad put us to work. He taught us everything he knew — how to grade a driveway, how to read the weather, how to treat a customer right. We learned the business the hard way, by doing it, with him standing over our shoulder.

Each of us leads two full crews across Allentown, Bethlehem, and the greater Lehigh Valley, so we can take care of driveways, parking lots, and hardscape jobs all week long. Same family name. Same standards Dad taught us. Still picking up the phone ourselves.
